AWS Root CA installation

Due to issues with the Windows Certificate Store, it is recommended to install all four Amazon Web Services manually trusted CA certificates. All Quickstream's infrastructure SSL/TLS certificates are signed by those AWS certificates. It is only required on Windows!

Download required certificates

Please visit Amazon Trust Services to download all necessary root CA from AWS in DER format. You only need Amazon Root CA 1, Amazon Root CA 2, Amazon Root CA 3 and Amazon Root CA 4.

Install certificates

This step needs to be repeated for ALL four certificates!!

Right click on certificate and then click install.

When warning popup click Open. This file is not harmful for your server/computer.

Select Local Machine as Store Location then press Next.

If the UAC window pops up, press Yes. On the next screen leave options as they are and press Next.

Press Finish to install certificate.

Repeat this step for ALL four certificates!!
